The Black Hollywood Education and Resource Center (BHERC) is proud to present the S. E. Manly African American Short Film Showcase (formerly Annual African American Film Marketplace and S.E. Manly Short Film Showcase). Since its inception in 1994, this showcase has been a platform for rising and established filmmakers from emerging voices, while exploring innovations in storytelling across film, television, online, and more.
